I have been using this program ever since i started preparing my own taxes. It is the most step by step program i could ask for it preparing my taxes. Thank you TurboTax, and i will see you next year.

I had trouble with the returns caused by download, however the customer service is excellent and they corrected the problem quickly and efficiently
What's great about it: Great customer service
What's not so great: little glitch using Mac
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Pay the Man

I had to contact customer service for help with the checkout, and the agent I had was really great and she helped me through the entire checkout portion.
What's great about it: fills out the correct forms for me, and makes needed calculations
What's not so great: the payment end changer this year, and was very confusing I thought.

Excellent Product

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as it has been available. I have always glotten excellent results with almost no effort except for gathering the documents from which to enter the data. My only criticism is I have never been able to figure out how to get the prior year comparisons to show on my system.
I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants to file accurate and easy tax returns.

Good, But Could Improve Navigation

Overall, I am a big fan of Turbotax. However, it isn't always easy to navigate among or within sections (i.e., between unrelated pages). So if my state return is asking for info from my federal return, I can't readily go back and forth between those pages. Navigation hints could be set out in an optional introductory section for those who want it to save time later, especially since the look seems to change a bit from year to year. Also, in the final stages, people should be encouraged to review either a printed version or a saved pdf before e-filing. I found some inconsistencies between my federal and home state that I had to correct.
What's great about it: Saves tons of time simply by taking info from the prior year's return.
What's not so great: Have to navigate through entire sections to fix one particular item.
