Super Good Experience

This was a particularly good year from the tax preparation point of view. TurboTax got all my indicative data from last year's return, and I had nothing new this year. I was pretty well organized before I started which really helped.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Had to "guess" about one item (inheritance)

Turbo Tax is better and easier to use than ever before, and all the other people I talk with about Turbo Tax have used it too.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to use
What's not so great: Too much space on some of the pages

Simplified my return

The software was generally easy to follow. However, I was confused about a possible paper return that needed my signature (no specific instructions provided).
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: confused about signatures needed for possible paper return

I wish I had reviewed the tax law re: deductions.
What's great about it: Step by step easy to understand questions. Ability to save info from year to year. E-file from home. Yeah!
What's not so great: Wasted a lot of time calculating medical, charitable and fiduciary fees when I couldn't use any of these deductions.

Always easy, Always accurate!

I've been using Turbo Tax for 10 years or more and haven't found a better product for tax preparation. I always feel like I'm getting the maximum refund and rest easy knowing my taxes are accurate and audit proof.
What's great about it: Simple and thorough
What's not so great: None
