Turbo Tax review

I've used Turbo Tax for years. Easiest way to do your taxes.
What's great about it: transferred all of last year's info to the new return - no need to hunt for the paper version
What's not so great: would prefer updates to download and install before the return is started so I don't have to stop in the middle

Is it too easy using turbo tax

Any complaints we have are inconsequential. I also would like to add, that turbo tax makes great improvements every year.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: Should make it easier to see if you jumped to a higher tax category
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, it is easy and the errors are minor are easy to fix.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Does not always complete it's own forms. You get an error on your review even when you have answered all the questions.

TTax Love

I've been using TurboTax for a few years now. I love the ease of use, and the automatic updates any time I sign in to check my figures, and before I file.
TurboTax is my choice for my taxes and my daughter's and for my friend.

What's great about it: so easy to use, help topics are great
What's not so great: I still have to pay state tax :(

SOME FUN FOR AN AFTERNOON

This whole thing worked well for me. Defiinitioins and examples are especially helpful
What's great about it: available information through community groups
What's not so great: multiple state filings require some double work to complete.

TurboTax Delux

There were confusing pages in 2013 version of TurboTax. We have used TurboTax for years and found this one asking some questions that were difficult to understand the question, even after clicking "Learn More". Otherwise it was great and we did get it all figured out and done. Thank you TurboTax. We really do appreciate your putting your program out there for us folks.
What's great about it: User friendly in almost all cases
What's not so great: 2013 versus 2012. 2012 was more user friendly

Been using Turbo for at least the last 16 years. Even tried another brand and came back.
What's great about it: Makes it very easy to file.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.
