2013 Tax Experience

My tax return if fairly straight forward and doesn't really change from year to year; however, this year I was unable to e-file because 2 of my wife's W-2's showed $0.00 in Box 1. This is because the W-2 was for non-taxable sick leave payments received from disabilty insurance carrier. This is the same as it was last year, yet I was able to e-file in 2012. What changed?
What's great about it: Exremely easy to follow and complete my taxes.
What's not so great: Could use e-file

I love using Turbo Tax as it makes filing very quick and easy. Especially since I have hundreds of stock trades each year. It does cost a lot, and the extra cost for filing the state return is unjustifiably high.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Cost

I have nothing to report but good things for Turbo Tax. I love how easy it is to figure out things. I also love how it imports all the important data from year to year. E-filing is cheap and super easy. We were even audited a few years ago, and we were able to prove to the IRS that we owed them nothing-- great job to Turbo Tax.

confused me more than past years

I have found Turbo Tax from previous years were more detailed and less confusing. I liked when I was asked if I had or have a child/or children and then I answered and we moved on to the next question.
What's great about it: Met all the needs
What's not so great: needed more help features

Have used for several years now and plan on continuing using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Thorough, fast, simple
What's not so great: On rare occasion, I had to back up to understand what was wanted.

Aced My 2013 Tax Prep Early!

I use Turbo Tax 85% of the times to process my taxes. It is a snap.
What's great about it: Easy installation; Easy execution; Awesome information repository
What's not so great: Did not include free e-filing for State
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I was very pleased with Turbo Tax. I haven't used it in a few years as I have been using a competitor's product. I like turbo Tax much better and will use it next year.
What's great about it: very straightforward. option of walk thru or choose which topic to work. link to help.
