Over all I liked the Turbo tax experience. If I did not understand something I liked the more info button to read about it.

Very easy to use and easy to follow the guide. I like the "questions" that help get the maximum legal deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions that guided me through the processes
What's not so great: Charitable deductions needs more explainations on how to select the correc category when making deduction calculations

As always, TurboTax provides the best product. It is consistent and thorough. I am confident that the information is compatible with federal and state requirements. Their reputation is top-notch.
What's great about it: Detailed questionnaire interviews; deductions easy to document
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

As always I have done my taxes in a fast and easy way and I don't have to leave the house. Great way with what I need right in front of me. Thanks for another year
