Excellent as always

I use this software every year. Every year, it has gotten better and better. I highly recommend it to anyone, novice or experienced tax preparer. I appreciated the free Federal and State e-file as well as the included state software with the Deluxe edition. Keep it up Intuit!

Beats paying for your taxes to be done by others.

Filed our Federal return and my son's state & Federal returns with ease. TurboTax took me through all the questions for my deductions in a way this Baby Boomer could understand.
I don't call myself "computer friendly" but had no trouble with this program.
Thanks TurboTax for helping us save money by not having to go to a tax prepare service and having to share our income information with a stranger or worse someone we knew from the community.
What's great about it: Privacy
What's not so great: Trying to remember your password

I found once a section was completed and I had continued it was difficult to return to a previously completed section to edit it. Otherwise I liked turbo tax and will use it again next yearl

Great product ..I have used for years and would recomend it to anyone.
What's great about it: I like the step by step option even though I could find my way around by myself.
What's not so great: I don't like having to keep scrolling to the next section of return, program should automatically take you back.

Pretty simple!

I do returns for our whole family using Turbo Tax and appreciate having last year's info copy into the current year. Also allows for going back and changing information easily.
What's great about it: Questions are straightforward and navigation simple.
What's not so great: At one point told me there would be recommendations concerning 2014 and health care options, but never went there.

I like the easy to understand prompt; accuracy, clear and concise instruction to data required. I like to have a "chat" feature for hard problems. So far, I have been using Turbo for a long time and maybe for as long as I have to pay taxes.
What's great about it: Guide you to complete the form step by step including calculations. Reminds of deductions and credits.
What's not so great: It is not a perfect software, you have to know how to troubleshoot certain problems and how to correct the error.
