I learned a lot about income and deductions which was very complete. The Get Help section was very educational when I needed further in depth understanding. The format of Turbotax is factual, quick, and easy to follow. It asks the right questions in the right sequence and gives a timely response.
The format allows you to build a tax filing, pause, take a break, and come back to where you left off without loss of data. I am a long tern user of Turbotax as a result.

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years. I like the convenience of being able to access previous tax years with a click of my mouse. I like how I can compare previous tax year to current tax year.

As usual, TT guided me easily through the filing process. The only complaint that I have this year is we moved out of state & there wasn't clear, concise info to tell you exactly how to do this.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax makes filing fast and easy. Simple to understand with easy-to-answer questions and help is a phone call away if needed.. Transferring Federal information used on a state return saves time and eliminates errors. E-filing is easy and options re refunds and payments are included on the software. Thanks TurboTax!

This worked good. Turbo tax did not always let me do what I wanted or what the Federal Tax instructions said to do so I was not able to electronically file my forms because it continued to say i had errors (But the 1040 instructions from the IRS said to leave the box blank)
