Good but not perfect

The program is thorough and explains more than previous years. I did have problems with the program saying Form A wasn't available when the website said it was and I updated. It's also difficult to go back and change something without redoing the entire program, although that has improved slightly over previous years.
I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. It is an easy program to understand and the questions it asked are helpful in completing the forms. I will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
TurboTax is a wonderful product that works so easily. Transferring data from previous years, transferring data from financial institutions - these two things alone save so much time that I would never give this up. This is the best software I have ever used and most likely will continue to be. I could not do my taxis without it - It would take me months. Thanks TurboTax, and thanks Intuit. You are great!!!!!
extremely disappointed that state prep costs extra this year. Have been using for years and liked the ease of going from Federal to State (and without extra expense).
You still haven't fix your printing problems. When you preview your forms it goes to the media program & also when saved in pdf. format. it also open in media program. HELP!!!! please fix. It has been an on going issues since 2009 thur 2014. Your software is the only one that I have that problem with.
I keep using Turbo Tax because I have used it for years and have become familiar with it. This year it just does not seem as helpful as in the past. For example, when it takes you through the review it throws a a portion of the 8949 worksheet that it says has information missing, but it does not show what 1099 entry it is refering to. On the State return instructions it just says to attach the "required attachments" (duh!), but does not say what attachments to attach. Next year will it just tell us to do the whole thing ourselves?
