Easy to follow and use

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have always found the product easy to use. I don't see dramatic improvement from year to year, but I appreciate the anticipation of my questions. I am rarely interested in additional products, but the introduction to those products in this one is good without being hounded to purchase anything additional. I appreciate the ability to easily say "No thanks."

I guess the fact that I have been using Turbo Tax for years says a lot right there. I like the ease and convenience. The cost of Turbo Tax is far less than going to a tax preparation office. No appointments necessary with TurboTax and I can e-file my returns.
I would love to see a live chat line but I figure that would be rather expensive to run but I like the Q & A area where I can ask questions.

2013 tax

Had no problems in using the program. Seemed to be smother than last year. filing at the end, ? I owe the fed and receive a refund from the state. elected to mail a check in to the fed, but it indicated that my state refund would be less the amount I owe to the fed. hope that's not the case, will see in my direct deposit.

Taxes Done Lickety Split

I thought using Turbo Tax this year was great. Not only did I have to factor in changes like getting married, but also becoming a new homeowner. I found navigating through my returns to be quick, easy, and no problem at all. Wherever I might have had a question about what a certain deduction or credit was, Turbo Tax had a nice description with real life examples. If I were to name one con, it would be that some totals were given without a breakdown. I was able to figure it out on my own, but I would like it if Turbo tax could give a detailed breakdown for all the totals it gives. All in all, it was a great experience using Turbo Tax. I plan to use it again for years to come.

I know I could use other preparation sites or companies but Turbo Tax provides EXCELLENT service and the security of knowing I am working with a company that has my back!
I don't mind paying taxes but I also want to optimize my return and I feel like with TurboTax I am getting the best of both worlds.

Would like to see a suggestion Pop-Up that before you begin the return input to complete ItsDeductible. That way it is only an added number to pull in, rather than stopping to input it all. Thanks as always for your telephone support. I LOVE TURBO TAX!

Great product for the price!

Everything about TurboTax is excellent. Runs great on Windows 8.1. I've been using it for years and it just keeps getting better. It's great to have the carryover information already entered from prior years' taxes. After looking over the completed forms, it's clear that we seriously need tax reform in this country. Obviously not TurboTax's fault, but I don't see how anyone could complete all those forms and worksheets without a product like TurboTax. Bravo to you for an excellent product!!
