Quick and efficient Tax prep Program

I like how Turbo Tax walks you through every step. I like that it shows you what you did in years prior so you know what you should approximately be getting. My husband does some official scoring for a Baseball team and it is considered free-lance work. It is a little hard to follow how to do self employment taxes. I am glad he only had one.

Updates fail on non-admin login

When using a standard user login with TT, updates can not be applied. This is expected behavior, HOWEVER, there should be a popup box asking for an admin login to allow the updates to proceed.
I had to login separately as an admin, launch TT, deal with setup config to get the updates.
I'm using a Windows 7 device.

Made taxes much easier to do than when I tried to do them myself and didn't have to pay large fee to tax prep firm! Did have a few places I got stuck when there wasn't a help button to explain but eventually figured it out.

Importing data from my investment and banking institution did not work correctly. I think it may well be because I bank and invest with the same firm.

I've used TT for years, it is easy and comprehensive. I like that the prior year data is brought into the new return being filed.... makes the process faster. I also like the comparison to the prior year while completing the return and the "Tax History Report" that shows 5 years and prints out with my copy of the Federal return.
