Overall Turbo-Tax was fairly easy to follow, making preparing my taxes not too bad. However, I did have problems with some items. I'm not sure exactly where to tell you the problem was so I'll explain. After importing the data from 2012 and beginning to enter the 2013 W-2's and 1099's, if I accidentally got out of the area and then got back in, the 2013 blank forms were not there. I had to enter all the information again instead of just the boxes. When I got done and went to other income items and then went back to these two areas, there were duplicate forms. Then I had to go back and delete the unused forms. This was the first year that has happened and I have been using Turbo-Tax over 10 years.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
I use a MAC computer and when done had an issue trying to transmit (E-file). The program was telling me that there was an update and I needed to install that update before I could transmit. When I looked for an update through the program I was given the message that there were no updates. Yet could not nE- file for the same reason(Need update). Went out and back in the program (no disc in computer and through my applications folder) and still would not let me E-file. Had to leave the program reboot the computer and reenter the tax program then I was able to transmit not a good experience. This is defiantly an issue you need to fix if you intend to stay in business! And from what I have read I am not the only one with this issue. Perhaps this is the issue you need to fix with an update? A real update that is.

Donating a vehicle was very easy, claiming the deduction on the taxes was challenging. I had to go online and review several pages before I found the path required to enter my 1098-C.
