Great simplified version to work with..We need to clarify the form numbers somewhat in the W-2 and CSA-1099R info areas..or maybe I was the confused one??Took me several tries before we conquered it..but finally with the hit & miss method, we solved the mystery..

Wonderful Experience

I have used this product for 4 years now and I used a professional team one time. They messed up on my Social Security # and address which resulted in a extreme delay. I will never go and pay some one the ridiculous amount of money they want again when Turbo Tax is so easy to use and I can check and recheck for errors.
What's great about it: it is very easy to use and self expanitory
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

2013 Turbo Tax Software Review

I have used Turbo Tax software for many years. Each year gets a little easier but I still have difficulty trying to find answers to questions as to whether or not I can take advantage of certain credits, etc. I also had trouble with determining state requirements. I have had to Google answers instead of just using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Walk through ability in each section.
What's not so great: Difficulty finding answers to determine if we are eligible for certain credits

Always quick and easy

I have been using TurboTax for nearly two decades. It has always been great to use and has made doing taxes easier and easier each year. While I still spend about 2-3 hours doing my taxes with TurboTax, I remember when it would take me 15-20 hours to complete my taxes manually and waiting several weeks to obtain information forms or publications from the IRS which were not available locally. Everything I need to do my tax preparation and submission is done easily and conveniently with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Consistent from year to year.
What's not so great: None in my experience

99% of individuals do not need to hire an overpaid tax professional to take care of their taxes. TurboTax makes the process simple and provides the expertise of an experienced tax pro.
