I don't know why anyone wouldn't use Turbo Tax. It's very easy to use.
What's great about it: Very simple and straightforward to use
What's not so great: Had to go back and walk through deductions again to delete a form

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. I help my friends with their taxes. Will using again next year.
What's great about it: You get your last years tax return imported every year. East to use.
What's not so great: I can't think of any!!

2013 Refund

I have always liked using your product, but this year the format looked a lot different and the program seemed to add "X" in boxes I did not check myself... I have also heard this from others who used your product this year as well! It actually checked a box for an extension which I did need.
I would still recommend this product and continue to use it - with more attention to detail.

What's great about it: I like that it transfers information from last years filing and that it also transfers current info to the State tax for
What's not so great: a bit troublesome updating files and did not have all forms availiable for State filing
