ease of transmitting

could not use a credit card to buy audit defense as the Turbo Tax site didn't work. Also took several trys to submit electronically.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: not easy to transmit forms electronically this year via turbo tax

Awesome software!!

The software and program itself are so easy to use even if you are not a numbers person. As long as you have all of your documents needed, TurboTax explains each step of the filing process. Some of the best parts of the software are the deductions finder and "It's deductible". This is a really inexpensive way to do your own taxes with a lot of really good information to guide you through the process. It has been a great program for me that I will continue to use each year.

Nice to know you can compare easily to previous year. Upload of previous year info makes input a snap.

Always a great choice

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I did not use last year due to some legal matters from inheritance but since I did not have to deal with that this year I went right back to what I had been doing... using Turbo Tax!

It's a breeze, load the software wait for the questions add your information and you are done. You don't have to know anything about taxes, anyone can use program, from the simple return to small business to rental properties. I've been using TurboTax for at least 10 years. Won't use anything else.
What's great about it: Easy, Accurate
What's not so great: none i can find

Overall an excelent soft ware.
2nd year in a row when going back to make changes I had some problems. Was able to over come the problems.

Eaiest way to file

I've used the program since 97 and love it. one year I had a tax person go over it and they said it was the best return I was able to get. So now I always use Turbo Tax
What's great about it: walks you thru the process so you get all deduction you deserve

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and continue to be extremely satisfied with this product. Tax time is always very stressful and Turbo Tax seems to take away some of the stress with it's ease of use.
What's great about it: Ease of use, user friendliness and comprehensive coverage of topics.
What's not so great: none
