My returns are pretty straightforward. With the file and document transfer features, I do very little typing and am done fairly quick.
What's great about it: between last years returns and document transfer, most of the work was done.

Would like to see an indicator in TurboTax that tells the corresponding line number on the Federal form.
What's great about it: Great details with Itemized Deductions. Automatically does the state form.
What's not so great: Very hard to figure out what the matching line number is on the Federal form.

I wanted 2012 state tax refund put in automatically rather than having to review it (this caused me to miss this the 1st time and even make an error) and then add it in--would there ever be an instance it wasn't added?? I used this for my children's returns.
What's great about it: Pretty easy for returns I did.
What's not so great: I wanted the 2012 state tax refund to automatically be included.

Every year it's easy with TurboTax because I don't have to pay an outrages amount to go to a tax pro. It's easy and straight froward, covers all the credits and deductions you can possibly qualify for. The best is I don't have to leave my home.
What's great about it: Fast and covered all possible credits and tax deductions

overall the software is very easy to use and has helpful tips to help you understand the topic at hand. had some issues with the e-filing. had to go back into it several times to get it to go through

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX SINCE 2008. MY FRIEND USE TO DO MY TAXES FOR ME BEFORE THAT. HE USED TURBO TAX. I THOUGHT MAYBE I SHOULD TRY IT MYSELF. SO SO EASY! I LOVE IT!!!
What's great about it: EVERYTHING!!! SO EASY TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: NO CONS AT ALL!
