other than its impossible to sign in, it's a breeze filing.
What's not so great: why can't I sign in. won't accept my security question answer.

IT TOOK ME 4 HRS TO COMPLETE MY TAX THIS YEAR. ERROR REVIEW AID OK, BUT FORM 8891, CANADIAN PENSION HUNG ME UP FOR HOURS ON END

Didn't work for State e-filing

I use TurboTax Deluxe each year for past 4-5 years or so.. I've never had any issues with e-filing the Federal Tax Returns, but always seem to have problems with the process for e-filing the State Tax Returns. I keep using it because it imports over the previous years files to help speed up the whole process and I keep thinking "surely this year they will have State e-filing working." Unfortunately, e-filing State Tax Return is still a glitchy, confusing, and broken mess again this year. But with that said, I can still print and mail in the State Return.
What's great about it: Walks you through filing taxes and getting deductions. Works well enough for Federal Taxes.
What's not so great: The State Taxes filing is quirky, and e-filing service did not work.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. You have always delivered s great product, easy to use,user friendly, and great accuracy.
