Love Turbo Tax

If you do not use Turbo Tax and instead use a tax professional, you are wasting your money. Even an idiot like me can simply do their taxes in a trustworthy fashion.
What's great about it: It it so simple, even I can do it.
What's not so great: There are no cons.

GOOD PROGRAM BUT IF THERE WAS AN ERROR YOU MAY NOT EVER KNOW IT UNTIL THE IRS IS KNOCKING AT YOUR DOOR
What's great about it: CHEAPER THAN HAVING A PAID PREPARER
What's not so great: SKIPPED SOME ENTRIES AND I HAD TO GO BACK TO FILL IN THE BLANKS

I love Turbo Tax. i have used it for years. My entire family uses it. It is easy to use and covers everything.

Simple but Awesome!

Turbo Tax has been my staple for a number of years now and it's getting better and better despite the Govt's increasingly complex tax laws. I almost missed out on education tax credit because I somehow had not indicated one of my kids is a full-time college student. But TurboTax caught the discrepancy and guided me through fixing it, voila, a much higher refund!
What's great about it: Errors caught before I filed; maximum refund!
What's not so great: Interview up-front should have caught full-time college student in household

Easy process, was able to maximize my refund.

The process was so easy. The questionnaires made it easy for me to maximize my refund. Even the back button allowed me to review my return and review my answers with ease.
What's great about it: Questionnaires were easy to follow.
What's not so great: None.

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years. It is simple and quick. My taxes are done, sent and correct. Turbo Tax makes tax time hassle free. Thanks, Turbo Tax.
