I have been using turbo tax for 4 years now and I have always been happy with the product. I like the step by step process. My only issue is my own human errors. Thank you Turbo Tax

Excellent user-friendly software

This is the first time I have used tax software on my own. It was easy to navigate and the questions were easy to follow. The directions were clear and the explanation of each step were very clear as well. I am very pleased that I finally tried it. I will be using it again next year if all goes well with the returns.
What's great about it: easy to use and navigate, clear directions and explanations

I like the way that turbo take you all the way to the end , and keep asking if you left out anything....... goood job

Easy Peasy

I'm retired with lots of weird exceptions and Turbo Tax made it all easy to get through. The program is soooo much cheaper than an accountant and I was able to finish in a few hours in my pajamas. The program had all the information I needed by clicking highlighted areas of the forms. When I needed it, there were "question answer" sections as well as form views.
What's great about it: Extremely easy!!! Questions, answers and info when you need it; quick forms when you don't!
What's not so great: Might make tax time enjoyable!
