So Very Easy

This tax product was so easy. It took me no time to complete. I had to go over everything again to make sure I did it all because I was finished in no time.
What's great about it: I liked the fact that everything was so simple
What's not so great: There was nothing I didn't like

We have used TurboTax for several years. Have never had any problems following the instructions. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone wants to file their own taxes.

I've always done my own taxes but since I discovered TurboTax I no longer dread it every year. So I file earlier and get my return quicker.

Turbo Tax has a better memory than I do. Thank Goodness.

I like the fact that you pull in all my information from last year so I don't have to repeat anything. You check to make sure I am getting the full benefits to insure a bigger refund. I am a senior citizen and appreciate the accuracy in the calculations.

Darn state returns

"electronic filing not available for this release" Have been unable to and still unable to file state returns regardless of the number of updates. I don't understand. never had a problem before but there's always a first time I guess. Is there anything that can be done? Then trying to get this reviewed I have to have a nickname of 4 letters at least, it's Al....there are not 4 letters in Al. Again normally never a problem but....this seems to be the first
