Smooth and quick and logical

I have been a Turbo Tax user for 10 years. It keeps getting better. I have been simplifying my returns in the last few years so this helps also. If you have all of your documentation it goes so quickly. I followed the advice on the commercial; i completed my taxes during the second half of the Super Bowl.
What's great about it: Well laid out, helpful and clear
What's not so great: need more shortcut buttons

I use Turbo Tax every year because of ease of use and accurate info gathering by Fed and State along with crossover information from prior year to complete my return.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Step-by-Step info gathering and E-filing
What's not so great: None

Easy to use

This is our second year using TurboTax. Actually using TurboTax generated a higher return than our CPA. I don't know if that is due to the fact that we own a house now or what but our refund is higher.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, self explanatory
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has never disappointed. I don't know why anyone would pay a tax person to do there taxes when there is Turbo Tax.
