Better each year

Have used TurboTax for many years and never had a problem or kick-back from the IRS.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow instructions; covers it all
What's not so great: Only one free state return.

Just a bit disappointed

I was a bit disappointed that I had to enter all the pertinent information this year, when in the past years, it transferred all the name address and socials from the past year...
What's great about it: Was still easy to follow the prompts
What's not so great: Did not transfer the date from last year....

What's not so great: why? not tell extra cost for state charge for e-file and have phone # more earier to find.

Great program, with the exception of the two flaws stated above.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Not able to print e-file confirmation page, not able to properly enter pre-payment for Wisconsin 2013 paid in 2012

Never fails to deliver!

I have been a faithful customer since 2007. The first year I used it, I had my previous tax service look it over and he advised me that he could have gotten me a $1 more because I did not round up to the next dollar! I have passed the good word of this product to friends and family. Always a pleasure to do my taxes now.
What's great about it: So easy to use, a mechanic can do it!
What's not so great: None so far!
