What's great about it: Loved not having to look everything up myself in the IRS book.
What's not so great: Still takes awhile (But not as long as before!! :)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Using TurboTax for years. Always real simple. Even when there's an error or need to admend the return, it is always SIMPLE.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate; step by step or just the topics needed
What's not so great: Turbo Tax does all the work.....

Some of my report forms were wrong. Turbo brought that to my attention and I was able to contact firm. The firm fixed that day. I was able to timely file. Confidence in Turbo Tax is justified.
What's great about it: Ability to continue on if some information was missing. Didn't have to stop until found.
What's not so great: Can not think of a con - easy loading, easy understanding.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and continue to be very happy with the ease of filing and thoroughness of the questions for my itemized returns.
What's great about it: Thorough review of categories, easy transfer from last year's return, painless filing of returns
