Have used Turbo Tax for more than 5 years. So easy, and I get the satisfaction that I did it myself, in my own home, on my own time. Love the E File. Get my return quickly usually within 2 weeks. Love Turbo Tax!!!!

Turbo Tax is so easy!!! It makes doing your taxes fun. I love the easy to follow instructions. It is great that they ask questions you normally would not think of!! Thank you for my largest refund yet!!!

state efile too expensive!

other tax software is cheaper and efile of state and federal is free .... may not use turbotax next year!

My family & I have been using turbo always.It is the only way I will do my taxes.We have never had any problems with our returns. Thank You !
What's great about it: very easy & quick
What's not so great: price was cheaper in some stores in area
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have no problem with the final price but it felt like I was being nickel and dimed as I progressed.
What's great about it: easy to use, helpful, simple
What's not so great: fees, hidden fees, be upfront with the fees
Pros: I had a baby
