Taxes Made Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years and it has never failed me or been wrong. It helps you understand everything clearly before you hit submit.
What's great about it: This is the best way to do your taxes

Nightmare

Helping my granddaughters file first time.
Rejected, said i needed a pin or 0 AGI.
no place on form for AGI, Turbo Tax indicated it provides.
acquired pin from tel number, rejected.
verified pin via website, resent, rejected.
Called IRS. they say can't help, must be software.
read all help stuff, resubmitted just now, I found a place to put a 0 in AGI although I don't think that transmits.

The process if fast, efficient and worth the $50.00 dollars you pay for the software.
What's great about it: fast simple, maximized my refund
What's not so great: no cons; I like using turbo tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Only wish I could have talked to someone to get an answer to my question, Your help get answers did not work at all and there was no phone number to talk to someone.
What's great about it: Ease of entry -good
What's not so great: had a question that I could not get answered so I call a CPA in my area to get the question answered.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
