stinks software

I will not use your software again ever I tried it last year and I had to re file my return by mail no errors, and this year again the same problem so next year I am getting another type like HR block

TRIED h&r BLOCK SOFTWARE LAST YEAR AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH IT. I WILL STAY WITH TURBO TAX FROM NOW ON.
What's great about it: EASY TO NAVIGATE
What's not so great: WAS UNABLE TO EFILE MY STATE RETURN
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

very thorough questions, even picked up that the mortgage company had changed and asked if we did a refi - which added extra paid interest at closing that I had forgot about.

Good program and easy to use, but VERy disappointed in the program and/or updates, would not permit me to e-file and/or direct deposit to my bank...
Very disappointed.....
What's great about it: Nice program to work with... Good instructions and easy to use.
What's not so great: This 2013 program would NOT let me E-file or direct deposit to bank...

Program is easy.

The program was fast and easy. I have used it for several years. I like the fact that I don't have to keep entering information from w-2s an 1099's that is a repeat of the year before. I just verify that it is correct and enter the required figures.

Turbo Tax was so easy, I was able to finish my taxes in the middle of studying for an exam!!
