2013 TurboTax Deluxe

I've been using TurboTax since 2008 and I love it. Will continue to buy it every year. Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: Very well designed, easy to use, and very pleased with the import information from last year's return function.
What's not so great: None. Much better than doing it all by hand and my own research.

Turbo Tax is Terrific!

Turbo Tax is so easy to use. If you can answer simple questions about the past year, you can use Turbo Tax.

I've used turbotax for a lot of years and I have to say this year was alittle harder than prior years. also when you ask questions you didn't get a reply as quick as I have in other years. I still wouldn't trust anyone else or program to be as accurate as turbotax though. for the most part they have been good to use.
What's great about it: it was ok
What's not so great: not understanding why I can't efile this year

Great Results for 2013 tax return

All it takes is patience

When you are not familiar with tax terms or the filing process it can be intimidating and a bit confusing, however, the intuit Turbo Tax program takes you through each step providing details and assistance through each section. Before using the program you may not be aware of what forms or documents you should have on hand but Turbo Tax reminds you or informs you of what forms are needed to successfully complete your return. I saved more money filing my own tax return with the assistance of Turbo Tax than paying a tax preparer

What's not so great: understanding tax terms

What's not so great: Unable to resize small font when checking explanations
