Turbo Tax was very easy to use. If I had any questions there was always a help section to answer those questions. They assisted me in correcting items I had entered wrong. A pleasure to use this addition.

Easy to Use; Won the Tax Game

TurboTax Deluxe is very user-friendly and makes filing your taxes a simple process. I am a newly graduated professional and my income changed drastically over the last 2 years. I bought a home, sold some stocks, and paid lots of student loan interest. I was nervous about having to owe a large sum to the Government, but TurboTax helped me maximize my deductions and get a much larger refund than I was expecting! I'll be using TurboTax for years to come!
What's great about it: Inexpensive, Fast, Easy to Undo and Redo Data Entry, Rolls Info over Year to Year
What's not so great: Too Easy on Occasion, Would like more Details
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I really appreciate Turbo Tax keeps all my info from last year, and transfers it to the new return. That's why I come back year after year!

Good product except extra fees

I think Turbo tax should charge the fee to efile your state return when you purchase the product rather than when you go to file. Between this fee and the processing fee, and the cost of the original deluxe product, might as well pay someone to do it for you. Program itself is easy to use and guides you through all the categories in a friendly, easy to use manner.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use.
What's not so great: Additional fee to efile state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
