Love TurboTax!

I have been using TurboTax for years now. It is so easy to use. It walks you through the entire process and transfers your prior year returns for faster completion.
What's great about it: So easy to use.

Works for a computer dunce

I am one who usually has to be shown how to use any program, I usually do not have the computer savy to figure out how to use a program on my own. But with Turbo tax by choosing the walk me through the process, the program made sure I didn't miss any important information and it had adequate explanations for anything I didn't understand.
What's great about it: It walked me through each step and explained anything I didn't understand.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Too may questions for the simple form, but probably necessary for a more complex return.

I really find it annoying after you complete a topic and have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to continue to the next section. Either keep the focus at the bottom of the page or put a continue to the next topic button at the top as well as at the bottom.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Navigation a little cumbersome at times
