Very pleased and have been using TurboTax for several years. I used to go to a place to get my taxes done, now I just purchase the software and instead of making an appointment and waiting to get in and then spend an hour or better waiting and another hour or so to get through the process I am comfortable at home doing it myself with confidence.
What's great about it: Ease of use, and maximum refund. Walks you step by step through the entire process and ensures you don't miss anything.
What's not so great: I've got nothing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love Turbo Tax! I have used it for years, my info is filled in, I plug in the new numbers and answer a few questions and file!! Could not be happier!
What's great about it: Fast,complete

TurboTax has fallen behind the times

TurboTax has fallen behind the times. It would not update without having to give my account sysadmin. It doesn't know how to raise to automatically require sysadmin. It has really fallen out of sync with ease of use in Windows 7. I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and doubt I use it next year.
What's great about it: it works once problems worked around
What's not so great: many problems with Windows 7 and updates

Make me All Smile Again! Good Job TurboTax

I had been using Turbotax since 2003. I was tired to pay the others a big chunk of my hard earned money, one day I took the desicion of using Turbotax and I don't have no regrets of what so ever. Pay a little fraction of what the others charge me and since then, been a loyal Turbotax user till the end!.
What's great about it: Extremely easy and understandable!

pretty simple

for the last two years my wife and i have used turbo tax successfully and easily. we have always gone to an accountant who is a friend of the family, however she retired two years ago and no longer is around to help us file. instead of going to someone else we decided to try doing it ourselves. to our surprise turbotax was extremely easy and for the last two years has been+ or - a couple hundred dollars different frrom what we usually received in our returns which is very pleasing.
What's great about it: easy to do
What's not so great: makes me question myself
