Turbo Tax is a great product. It was recommended to me by a friend and I was reluctant at first. I have used it for many years now and would never even consider doing my taxes without Turbo Tax. Thank you for a great product that is so user friendly!
What's great about it: So easy to navigate. If you can click your mouse....you can do your taxes with confidence.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still The Best

This is the 16th year I've used Turbo Tax. I kind of miss the videos of the experts back in the day, but the CD would take forever to load. Nowadays, the program runs very smooth and very intuitive (no, that wasn't a pun). Sorry, but I can't do a direct comparison with the competition, but I've always been pleased with Turbo Tax. Worth the money even if it's just insurance that I don't make a math error.
What's great about it: Easy as pie.

Dependable and Reliable Product

I have used this product since the 1990s. It makes doing your taxes and the families so much easier. It gets easier and easier every year. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Easy interview process and the transferring of various data is helpful with accuracy of transferred information
What's not so great: Place the preference of e-file or mail for federal or state on same page

I have used TurboTax every year for over 10 years now, but this year's installation of the software was by far the worst of all. It took me over 45 minutes to install, uninstall (because there was an error in the installation as it stalled for over 15 minutes), then re-install the software. Very, very frustrated & disappointed!
What's great about it: Quick work once it got going
What's not so great: Took as long to load software as it did to do the actual taxes

QUICK n EASY

I have used Turbo Tax every year for at least 15 years! Easy to use, a lot less expensive than the pop-up tax prepare places. My sister is a CPA, she says it does mine great - mine is not overly complicated. One income, own a home, give to charity.
