Easy to File

Great product. The questionnaire walked me through every aspect of my income and expenses. I am confident I covered most everything. Quick and easy to efile.
What's great about it: Questionnaire walked me through every part of the filing process.
What's not so great: Excessive e-filing fees if chose not to pay by credit card

So Easy Even I Could Do It...

We've used Turbo-Tax for 5 years now. It's so easy, there is no worry about it. We may be able to get a little more money filing the long way, but this is just too easy and simplified. No worry about audit, errors, etc.
What's great about it: So easy - just follow the prompts - nothing to it
What's not so great: can't think of anything negative

Awesome Experience

I used Turbo Tax (TT) for a couple of years before my wife made me go to a tax preparer. But I chose to run TT anyway in parallel and the numbers matched exactly! I'm hooked on TT every year now and so is she!
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand, and very efficient and speedy!
What's not so great: none!

Love the Confidence with Taxes

I love the feeling of being as complete and accurate as I can be without going through the hassle of going through Tax Classes and not having to spend the high cost is getting the taxes done by a so called "Tax Professional. TurboTax is the True Professional and I wont ever use anything esle.
What's great about it: There are no Cons to using TurboTax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love the speed and ease of use with turbotax. Everything is well laid out and very easy to follow. Love it.
What's great about it: easy to understand and follow
What's not so great: HSA info is always a little murky.
