SOOOO EASY!!!!

As it has been for the last 10 years, TurboTax has been such a great tool. I downloaded the program, and an hour and a half later, my taxes were DONE! SO EASY!
What's great about it: Walks you through the process, so easily. Everything has plain language explanations.
What's not so great: LONG! But, that's because of tax law, rather than TurboTax

2013 refund

I had to get to forms to pull single bits of information from my personal info late in interview. Found out how to do it. No problems after that.
What's great about it: very easy with the easystep
What's not so great: found it somewhat hard to navigate forms.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Helped Me Through First Post-Retirement Filing

The program took all my incomes and deductions and asked me multiple questions to be sure I thought I knew what I was doing. I'm REALLY glad I didn't try this at home alone with just a calculator and a pencil!
What's great about it: Guided me thru all the steps for multiple retirement incomes.
What's not so great: Still couldn't find me a refund (!).
