Not bad, but more difficult

I will continue to use TurboTax in the future because it easily transfers information from last year. But I find it is getting more and more difficult to prepare the tax return accurately because I am having to go back and forth a lot making sure the data is being entered the way it should be. Of course this may be a function of the tax code getting more complicated, and maybe it's just my age.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Just answer simple question formats
What's not so great: Not as user friendly as in the past. Found myself going back and forth a lot.

My first time filing my taxes with Turbo Tax and it was great. from beginning to end it was completely explanatory and helpful. Will definitely use Turbo Tax for coming years.
What's great about it: everything was absolutely easy to complete!

Pleasently Suprised Refund

It makes filing a tax return very easy with a step by step process and also makes sure you didn't leave anything off the tax form and checks for errors.
What's great about it: Easily walks you through the process.
What's not so great: The Turbotax software seems to be a little cheaper through a discount store rather through the mail.
