Turbo tax deluxe

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Love how you can move over personal information every year. Easy to use. Accurate...so far
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: None

Problems with Filing

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year was a night mare. I had to call a friend to come over and help with the e-filing. Poor instructions. May use a real person next year.

Easiest filing ever!

It only took me 20 minutes to file all of my federal and state taxes along with many deductions. I will always choose to use turbotax over any other method of filing my taxes.
What's great about it: Quick and Simple

Every year I get a Turbo Tax it gets easier and faster every time. I have never had a problem doing my taxes with Turbo Tax they are in awesome company so if your ever wondering if you should buy it don't hesitate do it you won't regret it.
What's great about it: Fast and easy
What's not so great: There are no cons in my book

I switched to turbo tax 3 years ago now. This system is so much easier to use then the previous one I had been using.
What's great about it: Love how everything transfers

Extremely Beneficial, Grateful

Had a problem downloading the program at first, had to stay on phone over two hours to get the problem resolved due to a corrupted disc....was about to give up on it but the dedication and diligence of the support staff who assisted me was outstanding...once downloaded worked like clockwork all my questions were answered and was able to complete my taxes with ease....would highly recommend this to anyone I know....as well as continue to use this for all my tax needs.....I just hope that I got all the refund I was entitled to ...that would be my only question.....
What's great about it: Loved how helpful and easy to use the program is....answered all my questions.
What's not so great: Had problems downloading program for this year which was a first,...
