User friendly

I have been using Turbo Tax for 12 years. The format is very easy to understand and use. Turbo Tax helped me to find deductions that I would have missed.
What's great about it: Easy to use and to find answers
What's not so great: Navigating back and forth requires repeating a number of steps

Simple, Quick, Done

Have used Turbo Tax for many years and if you are single, work a regular hourly or salary job, but have deductions for mortgage, student loans, health expenses etc. It really will save time and avoid confusion.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process easy and quick.
What's not so great: State filling, for a fee, is default option.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it has never disappointed. I don't know why anyone would pay a tax person to do there taxes when there is Turbo Tax.

Easy to use

This is our second year using TurboTax. Actually using TurboTax generated a higher return than our CPA. I don't know if that is due to the fact that we own a house now or what but our refund is higher.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, self explanatory
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I use Turbo Tax every year because of ease of use and accurate info gathering by Fed and State along with crossover information from prior year to complete my return.
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Step-by-Step info gathering and E-filing
What's not so great: None
