Excellent.

I had trouble with the online version... I had an excellent experience with customer care resolving the issue.
What's great about it: Maximized my refund more than TaxACT
What's not so great: It was a little more time consuming than it could have been

I am very satisfied at the format of Tubo Tax. I have tried others and was not as pleased. I have been a user of Tubo Tax for a number of years and can highly recommend it.
What's great about it: good format and procedure

Still the best!

I have used TurboTax for at least 15 years. Even when having some complicated returns (for me)....TurboTax makes it, easy, quick, yet thorough saving me the maximum on my taxes.
Each year I tell recommend TurboTax to all my friends.
Don't change it!
What's great about it: Walks me through every step...easy and thorough
What's not so great: none!

Have been using Turbo Tax for quite some time. Always find it easy to follow and use. We have a simple return, so this is the best bang for our buck.

I always think I have prepared all of my income/expense items, but after comparing each Turbo Tax category with my checking/credit card accounts, I inevitably find more information that I had overlooked. This software guides me safely and surely through the entire complicated process of preparing taxes.
What's great about it: Clear pathways and instructions/help menus
What's not so great: Can't think of any.....

I've used Turbo Tax several years. I pay for it and I feel it's the best way to go. This year it was easier to navigate than ever before.
What's great about it: Much easier to navigate from area to area.
What's not so great: Shorten filing process. Call attention to errors at the time instead of later.
