Done In One!

Always provides concise, easy to use formats to complete tax forms in the fastest manner. Never leaves a question.
What's great about it: Really liked the quicker responses to every window.
What's not so great: Don't have one.

What's great about it: Good explanations of tax law for laymans.
What's not so great: trying switch back to earlier sections is not easy

It seems easier to get back to a section to review,if wanted, than the older ones.
What's great about it: i like that I can print single page of reports
What's not so great: should tell why you use the forms that you do.

Problems with state E-file

I love Turbo Tax. It's the best for a basic family tax return. I don't own any out of state, or foreign, anything, so I really don't need anything too fancy. The only problem is the fact that every time I try to E-File my states , I can't. I go through all the hassle and then right at the end, when it connects me to the payment choice - the continue button doesn't work. So I'm stuck on this page that does absolutely nothing at all, and I can't continue on with my E-File. I end up having to mail my taxes in, which is fine, just annoying.
What's great about it: Fast and Convenient, Have used for Years Now
What's not so great: Can't E-File state

Makes doing taxes a breeze

Ever since I started using Turbo Tax, I haven't looked back. Turbo Tax has made doing taxes a breeze for me. A lot of the admin data transfers to the next year, saving a ton of time... just fill the new numbers in and you're done! Quick and easy. Thanks again Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Fills a lot of info from last years return, Step-by-step process, easy to use
What's not so great: N/A

I have used TurboTax for several years now. I do feel I won't get audited. If I do everything is all in one neat folder.
What's great about it: leads you through all the parts of your taxes
What's not so great: didn't get a question answered about a possible deduction on State return.

This is the 5th year that we have used Turbo Tax to do our taxes. It is easy to use and helpful with explaining all the deductions. My husband is self-employed and it really helps with those benefits and deductions. I have put two children through college and it walks you right through those deductions!
