Will never file traditionally again!!

I've used TurboTax for the past 6 years. I absolutely love how easy it is to complete!! I will never file traditionally or use any other tax preparation products again!!!
What's great about it: Easy, convenient
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Couldn't believe how fast and simple!

I really expected inputting the information to take hours - I had heard people complain about it before. It was very quick and I was able to walk through all the deductions. I didn't have to worry about missing a deduction or figuring out the alternative minimum tax worksheet. I don't understand why people don't use this themselves every year. The price was shockingly low and the outcome stunningly wonderful!!
What's great about it: I used to do my taxes manually - for hours - laboring over every form. This was amazing!!!

look up and transfer

Turbo tax is great to file taxes with but trying to retrieve and or transfer my 2012 taxes was a joke. I still had to manually enter all my information.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is great
What's not so great: not easy to look up and transfer previous tax year

Amazingly Easy!!

I LOVE TurboTax! I use it every year! All i do is install, and then it automatically pulls up my return from last year and loads all my info into the right places! I love that they back up their product with Audit Protection, and let you know your chances of an audit. My entire family uses TurboTax, it makes Tax Time so much more pleasant.

Great Amount for refund but state had problems

Turbo Tax was easy to use but for some strange reason are state was not free even though the software says one free state efile.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: State was not free we got charged at the end and it said we get one free state
