Been using Intuit TurboTax for quite a few years now, and it is still my software of choice. Some years have been very simple while other years I've had more complex tax situations. It has always served my requirements well.

Easy & quick

Turbo Tax makes everything as easy as possible for me. From importing last years information to automatically getting all current tax info from my employer without me having to input anything. From start to filing with both fed & state it was simple and easy.

All in all, I had a very good experience, doing my tax returns , on turboTax. The instructios, for both the Federal, and the State returns, that I had to work on, were easy to follow.

glitches

I love using Turbo Tax.... I've used it for years. Has always been easy to use and I love how it links to past years information to make it even quicker. This is the first year I found a few glitches in the program. For example.... the page would say "select from the list below".... and there would be no list to select from. I ended up having to go to the real form to see the information. Also there were several pages where they would list information and the numbers were cut off where I couldn't see them.... I tried reloading the page and making the screen bigger, it didn't help.

I don't know why more people don't this. It walks you through everything and even checks your work for you.
