Turbo Tax 2013

As stated above, Turbo Tax is a fast and easy way to file both Federal and State returns. It is easy to follow, requires no real knowledge of tax laws or regulations, and has help sections in each category of income and deductions.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

couldn't get the updates to load on 1/31/2014 or 02/01/2014. Therefore it wouldn't let me electronically file even though I didn't need any of the updates. So I mailed it Thanks a lot!!

I liked how basic and easy it is to get around in the program. The detailed help hints are great to explain what things are and if they apply to you. Great program.
