Love this program, makes taxes really easy and simple from all spectrums, whether small or big business or even just filing for yourself.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

could not print a mail in copy of my state return.
every copy that i printed had DO NOT FILE ADN NOT FINAL.
DID NOT UNDERSTAND SINCE MY REVIEW SAID THAT ALL WAS OK, AND READY TO EFILE. I HOWEVER WANTED TO MAIL A PRINTED COPY TO THE STATE.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER COPY OF TURBO TAX. YOU HAVE LOST ME AFTER TWELVE YEARS.......

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I had used a competitor because it was cheaper one year. Needless to say I went back to Turbo Tax the following year and have been using it since then. It is very user friendly and very thorough.
