have paid preparers in the past and they made mistakes.turbo
tax helps me understand what is being asked and how to do

The best software ever!

I've been using TurboTax for years and the more I do my tax work, the easier it gets every year. Thank you for making such a great user friendly software.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

it was very easy transfer my 2012 information so it did,t take long filing the form out was accepted before 01-/31 now just waiting for my check to be deposit

turbo tax was easy, however. when it came to needing questions answered, or even at the end at wanting to track your refund option. it continuously took me to a comment page instead of having support. also when i bought the program it said free federal and 1 free state. i ended up paying for both states..not happy.
