Easy for a first time do it yourselfer

I have always used an accountant to file my taxes because I am very afraid of making mistakes on my returns. Year before last our accountant retired so we decided to give Turbo Tax a try. Easy and painless.

Although the IRS has accepted my e-filing, the forms say "Do not print" and indicate the return is unfinished. This is ridiculous.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years now. It seem to get easier to use every year. I enjoy working at my own pace and being able to pick up where I left off if I am interrupted. The language presented is for the most part understandable to the average individual. Many questions are answered just by going to Help. I will be a user of this program for many years to come.
