I use Turbo Tax every year. This is the first year I did it on my own. My daughter has always done most of it in the past. I was nervous, but then discovered it was really easy, even for an old lady like me.

Using TurboTax for 10 years!!

I've never understood the people who complain how complicated tax preparation can be. They go to those places with the people dressed like the Statue of Liberty, or somewhere they have someone who's less qualified than you. I've been using TubroTax so long, it's become a family tradition. I enjoy doing our taxes. My wife teases me on how happy I am when this time of year comes around. TubroTax takes the worry and confusion out of tax preparation. I've used it for 10 years and will be using it for a 100 more. Thank you!!

Review of Turbotax for 2013

I felt this year was easier than ever to do my taxes, both Federal and State. The questions were easier to understand and the system is very versatile in letting you either go question by question or fill in the forms themselves.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The whole program seems jerky and unpredictable this year. I do several returns for relatives each year. The state program especially will finish without asking the questions about donations to funds and other things. It does not run the same way twice.
In other years I would have rated it at least 4 1/2.

TurboTax 2013 Woz

I file each year with TurboTax and it has made my filing much easier. I have a relatively simple return but I find the TurboTax checklist very useful in completing the return and giving me the best quality return and (this year) a good refund.
