Gets you organized

A good tool if you know the basics about taxes and want to do it yourself. I like seeing WHY I'm paying certain taxes or getting certain refunds. Helps me plan for next year. Don't just give me a final number, show me how we got there.

my husband and I both receive 1099 for contractual work. In entered all the amounts correctly, but my husbands name showed up on my form, with my income. His name was on both.

20 Years of Turbotax and Still Going

Time tells the story. I've been using TT for 20 years and it's never let me down. 1040, Sched Cs, Itemization, Annuity, Special Allowances, and now kids in college, and it still comes through

My sister recommended Turbotax to me years ago, she was an auditor for 30+ years, so I listen to her when it comes to money. Be sure you update to be sure the program is at its best.
