overall I like this product and been using it for years and put my trust in this product. It also teaches you step by step to do you income taxes...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a user of turbo tax since 2002. 3 of 4 children now use it (other is still a student). It's the easiest, most complete way to handle an otherwise odious chore. I recall the days of a pencil and calculator and instructions to subtract this field from that field. You never knew what you were doing nor why. TT does it all for you.

Easy to use and worked great. I only wish I could have seen a comparision of standard deduction vs itemized. It just choose for me. I would have like to seen the difference.If it had only been a small difference I would have taken standard so as not to have to keep as many records for years.

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for 15 years and it is great. I like being able to file one State return and Federal e-file for free. Once I have gathered my documents, it takes me only 2 hours to do both Federal and State.
Direct deposit is so easy and fastest for a refund. When I'm done, I know I have done the best I could do, and it will be right.
