I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years and find that the final audit is extremely comforting that my return is within the legal parameters and has a low chance of auditing. Having been through an IRS audit many years ago, I sleep better knowing that Turbo Tax checks me out.
For 2013, it seemed to me that it was a problem to find where to put all my business expenses in Schedule C, and the question and answer process was no help at all.
Other than that, everything was simple and easy.
One question: for such a simple return (retirement income, social security, small consulting business) why is the printed copy for the file 55 pages long?
