I love Turbo Tax, it makes my filing so simple. What I think is lacking from Turbo Tax is property improvements.

I had to call again this year about misunderstandings. This year it was about transferring last year's info. Where it happens it is NOT VERY clear. I've used Turbo Tax for years & this is the third year in a row there's problems w/ the program. Last year I paid penalty to New York State, because turbo tax didn't carry over credit for our dependent in 2011.

this was our first year using turbo tax. really easy to use. they explain everything in great detail. if you can read you can use turbo tax!!!! will use it from now on!!!!!!
