Great to a point

Why can I not print the completed return? I am filing the SC State return by mail, but cannot print it !!!

Complete and easy too

I have been using Turbo tax for years and have always found it to be easy to use and so helpful.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions and gives a lot of help screens
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Loading the program is very easy. Using the program is even easier. Having access to the TT Community, lets you know that you aren't alone and your questions will be answered. Each year it gets better and better. Thank you Intuit.

TurboTax prompts are great help.

In past years, I have been able to get information on how to go to specific parts of return. That ability has now been shifted to an outside help feature that is more work to use than it's worth. I'm surprised that TurboTax would go backwards in user friendliness. Otherwise, TurboTax is a great product and I expect to keep using it.
What's great about it: Built-in reminders and checks are helpful.
What's not so great: On board support no longer available. Have to go to a group chat to ask a question.

Outstanding Product

I have used TurboTax since it first came on the market and I love it. It's a complete program that doesn't overlook anything and makes filing your taxes each year a breeze. I pre-order it every year to make sure I get a copy and they have never let me down. Keep up the good work.
