Easy Tax Filing

The system was easy to use and did all the calculations for me. It did not take very long at all to do my taxes once I had gathered all the information. This was the first time I used Turbo Tax and I will know what form I need the info next time.
What's great about it: Easy to use/performed all calculations
What's not so great: Took to many steps to e-file. Cost to state e-file.

I'm Retired

Although I'm retired and no longer employed (receive no W-2s), the software kept asking me for information from my W-2s. I deleted the references to my former employer, so this should have been a signal to the software not to ask me about W-2s. This was a bit annoying. Otherwise, this is a great tool, and I will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Very thorough - it covered all the important bases for me.
What's not so great: I'm retired and am no longer employed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

We like picking up the old filing information... saves typing and my marital relationship.
What's great about it: Work Flow Smooth.
What's not so great: None

Each year TurboTax improves the process. I have been processing my taxes for years with TurboTax, but this year was the easiest. Every year they workout the issues. This is the best way to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand each step in the process.
What's not so great: None

Easy Peasy

Have been using Turbo Tax for many, many years and did not usually have any problems. This year I had a problem trying to delete a form that I didn't initiate. Because I could not eliminate it I had to erase the whole return and start over. This would not have been a problem if I hadn't wanted to file electronically. A return with errors cannot be put through. Please check out this problem for the future. Thanks.
What's great about it: Easy to use and navigate between sections for review
What's not so great: Trouble eliminating unwanted forms

Fast & Easy and money in our pocket

Been using TT for since 2000 and have NEVER considered going to a brick and mortar Tax Return company.
What's great about it: Step by step directions making sure all our deductions and credits were covered
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Fun While Filing!

This whole process is simple & user friendly!
What's great about it: Checks and corrections grant peace and confidence!Using Turbo Tax with my wife is NOT like stripping wallpaper together!
What's not so great: Taxes are too high but Turbo Tax helps slay the dragon!
